Who we are

These websites (meistro360.com, buildings.meistro360.com, contractors.meistro360.com and meistro.net) are operated by Meistro Integrated Services LLC, a Florida limited liability company at 2910 Cypress Ridge, Palm Harbor, FL 34684. M360 is our building intelligence platform.

Information only, not an offer

Website content describes our products, programs and services in general terms. It is not an offer, a quote or a contract. Products, features, availability and prices can change. Any services, memberships, software, hardware or installation work are provided only under a separate written agreement, and if that agreement differs from anything on the websites, the agreement controls.

Examples, illustrations and estimates

Readings, dashboards, campuses, findings, savings figures, revenue examples and other numbers shown on the websites are examples for illustration, unless clearly stated otherwise. They are not results achieved for a particular customer and are not a promise or guarantee of any result. Actual outcomes depend on your buildings, equipment, team and many other factors.

Images

Photographs of buildings, plant rooms and equipment on the websites are illustrative, and some were created with AI image tools. They are not photographs of specific customer sites or projects. Software screens show the M360 product with example data. Photographs of our team are of the people named.

Trademarks

M360, Meistro, Meistro Integrated Services, Meistro Certified Integrator, MCI and Pulse are names used by MIS. Other names such as Delta Electronics, LOYTEC, ServiceTitan, Trane, Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric, Carrier and Amazon Web Services belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility or relationships. Their mention does not imply that those companies endorse MIS, except where a partnership is expressly stated.

Our content

The websites and their text, design, graphics and software are owned by MIS or used with permission and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, republish, scrape or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the websites. That includes submitting false information, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the sites' operation, sending spam or malicious code, or using automated tools to collect content or data.

Information you send us

Please send only accurate information that you are entitled to share. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information through the forms. Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may link to websites run by others. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

To the fullest extent the law allows, MIS disclaims all warranties about the websites, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the sites will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MIS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the websites. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the websites is limited to one hundred US dollars. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and does not change the terms of any separate written agreement for services.

Indemnity

If you misuse the websites or break these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees, that MIS incurs as a result.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the websites will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Pinellas County, Florida, and you and MIS agree to that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the websites means you accept it.
