Meistro Integrated Services (MIS) is a Palm Harbor, Florida company. Its three founders bring together trades operations, building infrastructure and enterprise AI: the three things it takes to run a building that thinks, and to help contractors deliver it.

Jason has spent his career building and scaling trades service companies, growing operations from a single truck into multi-million-dollar businesses in markets from Lake Tahoe and Savannah to Rochester and Florida.
He created the ProfitMax System for HVAC, plumbing and electrical companies, and leads MIS's mission to bring Industry 4.0 to the buildings and contractors he has worked with for years.

Thomas brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in critical infrastructure, data center technologies, building automation and enterprise technology solutions. A technology entrepreneur and founder at Infrastructure Management Systems, he has built his career around connecting new technology with real-world infrastructure challenges.
He leads how M360 is delivered: assessments, connections and rollout, so owners can use AI, predictive maintenance and intelligent automation across their buildings.
Enterprise technology and AI
Co-Founder · Chief Information Officer
John is a technology executive with more than 30 years of experience in enterprise IT leadership, artificial intelligence, digital transformation and technology innovation. He has held senior leadership roles including CIO, CTO and AI-focused technology positions.
He leads the M360 platform and its AI: how enterprise systems, predictive analytics and automation come together, and how customer data is protected.
