Who we are

This website presents M360 and the Meistro Certified Integrator (MCI) program. It is operated by Meistro Integrated Services (“MIS,” “we,” “us”). Questions about this policy can be sent to sales@meistro.net.

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site (the MCI application, a demo request, the training sign-up or the contact form), we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, that can include your name, company, email address, phone number, role, city and state or service area, trade, number of technicians or people to certify, information about your commercial customers and controls experience, your preferences for training, and any message you write.

Information collected automatically

Hosting logs. Our hosting provider, Netlify, records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. This is used to deliver and secure the site.
Spam protection. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from automated spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load.
Browser storage. The site keeps a short list of the pages you visited in your browser’s session storage to show a “back” link. It stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell access to your browsing activity. If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as website hosting, form handling, spam protection and email, who may use it only to provide those services to us
When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of MIS, our users or others
As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case the information would remain subject to this policy
With your permission

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and to manage any ongoing relationship, and then for a reasonable period for our records, unless the law requires a different period.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have given us, or to stop sending you marketing emails, by writing to sales@meistro.net. Every marketing email we send will also include a way to opt out. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we will honor those requests as the law requires.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to form submissions is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

This site links to other websites, such as meistro.net. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
